3. Rules for the registration and use of the CARDINAL platform account
3.1. When registering and applying for the use of the services of the CARDINAL Platform, the User must provide CARDINAL with true, valid and accurate relevant information. If there is any change in the relevant information, it must be updated to CARDINAL in a timely manner.
3.2. After successful registration, the system will generate a unique identification code (including "username" and "password") for the user as the basis for identifying the user and allowing him to log in and use the platform services. The user shall keep the username and password safe. In the event of any unauthorized use of the account number and password, the User shall promptly notify the CARDINAL Platform and shall be legally responsible for all activities and events carried out under the User Account.
3.3. When the User uses certain service pages of CARDINAL, CARDINAL will carry out special verification of the user's identity, which shall be subject to the specific verification method displayed on the service page or other written notice issued by CARDINAL.
3.4. The User must comply with the following principles when using the services of the CARDINAL Platform:
3.4.1. Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
3.4.2. Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to the network services.
3.4.3. You may not use the CARDINAL Platform for any illegal purpose
3.4.4. You shall not use the services of the CARDINAL Platform in the name of another person.
3.4.5. You shall not use the CARDINAL Platform to carry out any behaviour that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet.
3.4.6. You shall not use the CARDINAL platform to transmit any content and information prohibited by law, including incitement of ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity, undermining national religious policies, advocating cults and feudal superstitions, spreading rumours, disrupting social order, undermining social stability, disseminating obscenity, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes.
3.4.7. You shall not use the services of the CARDINAL Platform in the name of another person.
3.4.8. not to use the CARDINAL Platform for any purpose that is detrimental to CARDINAL.
3.5. In the event of any of the above-mentioned acts of the User in accordance with clauses 3.4.3 to 3.4.8, the User shall be solely responsible for all violations and torts and shall have the right to claim liability from the responsible User for any losses caused thereby. At the same time, CARDINAL has the right to immediately terminate the provision of platform services to users who violate the law, infringement or violation. If a public authority requests that CARDINAL inform the User of the infringing activity, CARDINAL shall be entitled to inform the User of this information in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
