1.1. The User shall carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Unless the user accepts this agreement, the user shall immediately stop registering and using the behaviour.

1.2. By "signing" during the registration process, the User fully accepts all the terms of this Agreement.

2.1. The platform services of CARDINAL include tariff display, booking, order maintenance, freight settlement, etc., which shall be agreed separately between CARDINAL and the user.

2.2. The User understands and agrees that CARDINAL only provides services related to the Platform, and that the User's own responsibility for the equipment (e.g. mobile phones, personal computers and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and the necessary expenses (e.g. telephone and Internet access fees paid for Internet access, mobile phone fees paid for the use of the mobile network) related to the relevant software services.

3.1. When registering and applying for the use of the services of the CARDINAL Platform, the User must provide CARDINAL with true, valid and accurate relevant information. If there is any change in the relevant information, it must be updated to CARDINAL in a timely manner.

3.2. After successful registration, the system will generate a unique identification code (including "username" and "password") for the user as the basis for identifying the user and allowing him to log in and use the platform services. The user shall keep the username and password safe. In the event of any unauthorized use of the account number and password, the User shall promptly notify the CARDINAL Platform and shall be legally responsible for all activities and events carried out under the User Account.

3.3. When the User uses certain service pages of CARDINAL, CARDINAL will carry out special verification of the user's identity, which shall be subject to the specific verification method displayed on the service page or other written notice issued by CARDINAL.

3.4. The User must comply with the following principles when using the services of the CARDINAL Platform:

3.4.1. Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

3.4.2. Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to the network services.

3.4.3. You may not use the CARDINAL Platform for any illegal purpose

3.4.4. You shall not use the services of the CARDINAL Platform in the name of another person.

3.4.5. You shall not use the CARDINAL Platform to carry out any behaviour that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet.

3.4.6. You shall not use the CARDINAL platform to transmit any content and information prohibited by law, including incitement of ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity, undermining national religious policies, advocating cults and feudal superstitions, spreading rumours, disrupting social order, undermining social stability, disseminating obscenity, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes.

3.4.7. You shall not use the services of the CARDINAL Platform in the name of another person.

3.4.8. not to use the CARDINAL Platform for any purpose that is detrimental to CARDINAL.

3.5. In the event of any of the above-mentioned acts of the User in accordance with clauses 3.4.3 to 3.4.8, the User shall be solely responsible for all violations and torts and shall have the right to claim liability from the responsible User for any losses caused thereby. At the same time, CARDINAL has the right to immediately terminate the provision of platform services to users who violate the law, infringement or violation. If a public authority requests that CARDINAL inform the User of the infringing activity, CARDINAL shall be entitled to inform the User of this information in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

4.2. If the content uploaded by the User on CARDINAL involves the infringement of the intellectual property rights of third parties, the User shall be liable for the corresponding damages and shall compensate CARDINAL for any losses suffered by CARDINAL as a result. In the event of any dispute involving User Submissions, or if CARDINAL reasonably suspects that User Submissions may infringe the intellectual property rights of any other party or violate laws and regulations,CARDINAL reserves the right to remove User Submissions immediately and without any liability to the User in connection therewith.

4.3. CARDINAL reserves the right to collect, store and store data related to the Services. The User agrees that CARDINAL has the right to retain the User's relevant information and data (including but not limited to any user-uploaded content, transaction information, transaction files) for its own needs and those of its affiliates.

4.4. The User agrees that CARDINAL has the right to generate market data based on the transaction information for KDN's research purposes.

5.1. Except as otherwise provided by law, Party A and Party B ensure that they do not disclose the other party's confidential information without the written authorization of the other party.

5.2. The "Confidential Information" mentioned in this Article refers to the technology, technical achievements, tariff information, technical information and other related data and information of the CARDINAL Platform known or obtained by the User in accordance with this Agreement and any of its Supplementary Agreements, as well as any other supplementary agreements entered into between the User and CARDINAL in accordance with the Agreement, regardless of the manner and through which the above information is provided to the User. The above information is confidential to CARDINAL.

5.3. The User shall be obliged to keep confidential the confidential information of CARDINAL, except for the disclosure to a public authority to the extent necessary for the implementation of the matters specified in this Agreement and the disclosure is required by a public authority. In the event of the leakage of confidential information due to the user's responsibility, the user shall be liable for breach of contract and compensate for the losses caused to CARDINAL.

6.1. CARDINAL shall not be liable for any interruption or discontinuance of the normal service caused byemergencies, force majeure, system failures, computer viruses and other factors for the maintenance of the Platform, regular inspections, updates of software and hardware, and shall endeavour to avoid service interruptions and limit the interruption to the shortest possible time.

6.2. CARDINAL shall not be liable for any losses suffered by the User due to communication line failures, technical problems, network and computer failures, system instability and other force majeure factors of third parties, such as telecommunications departments.

6.3. Any claim against CARDINAL by any third party arising out of or arising from the User's violation of the provisions of this Agreement or the relevant Terms of Service shall be borne by the User.

6.4. Unless obtained by a public authority in accordance with the law or in accordance with other relevant provisions of this Agreement, CARDINAL will not provide the User's personal information to unrelated third parties but shall not be responsible for the consequences of information leakage caused by malicious infringement by third parties.

7.1. In view of the particularity of the Platform Services, the User agrees that CARDINAL has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all the Services at any time.

7.2. The User understands and agrees that CARDINAL shall regularly or irregularly overhaul or maintain the Platform or related equipment for which the Services are provided, and that CARDINAL shall not be liable for any interruption of the Services within a reasonable period due to such circumstances,provided that CARDINAL shall provide prior notice as far as possible.

7.3. In the event of any of the following circumstances, CARDINAL shall have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services under this Agreement to the User at any time:

7.3.1. The personal information and materials provided by the User are untrue.

7.3.2. The User violates the rules of use set forth in this Agreement.

7.3.3. In the event of a force majeure event that renders CARDINAL unable to operate. The term "force majeure" in this Agreement refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective circumstances such as war, strike, riot, uprising, terrorist attack, riot, epidemic outbreak, natural disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood, typhoon, volcanic eruption, earthquake, tsunami) and so on.

8.1. The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplement, termination, enforcement and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China Mainland China and Hong Kong.

8.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation between the Parties; If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court at the place where the agreement is signed.

9.1. CARDINAL reserves the right to modify this Agreement and the content of the CARDINAL Platform from time to time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations and the needs of CARDINAL operations, and to publicize them on the CARDINAL Platform. The revised agreement will take effect once it is published on this website, and at the same time replace the original agreement, and users can log in at any time to check the latest agreement. The user has the obligation to pay attention to and read the latest version of the agreement and website announcements in a timely manner. If the User does not agree to the updated Agreement, he/she may immediately give feedback to CARDINAL and shall immediately stop receiving the services provided by CARDINAL under this Agreement; By continuing to use the services provided by the CARDINAL Platform, the User agrees to the updated Agreement.

9.2. This Agreement shall come into force upon the User's "signature".

9.3. The final interpretation of this Agreement belongs to CARDINAL.
